This is the second piece that was purchased by the law firm Boyne Clarke in 2008. The piece is titled "Hot Pink" and is an interpretation of the flower Alstroemeria. I can't say that I am particularly fond of Alstroemeria, but I really enjoyed painting the piece and am pleased with the execution. My favourite watercolour paint is permanent magenta and I took full advantage of its beauty here.
