This piece, titled "Petals and Lace" is another watercolour on Oriental rice paper. I really love painting on this paper as it has fantastic fibers running through it that enhance the piece. This piece will be "free-float" framed" to take advantage of the deckle edges. Thank you for looking ~!

I have a weakness for blue and white china, and this painting is absolutely beautiful. Do you adhere the rice paper to watercolor paper before you paint, or is it strong enough to hold its own?
